This is a standard part of our sales process and is carried out as a non-chargeable activity.
If during this process, we identify that Lensa does not have the appropriate expertise or solution to meet the requirement, we will tell you immediately. At the same time, if we know of any solutions/organisations that could provide help, we are happy to pass this on.With regard to the core business management solutions that we provide to our clients, we also use them internally to manage our own business operations. We believe that this approach, combined with our software implementation experience, enables us to understand from a user perspective, the pros, cons and challenges that our client’s face when implementing these solutions.
