As a result of this approach, our very first clients when the company was established in 2002, Avrist Assurance, are still working with us today, some 12 years on. The approach we take is a consultative one. In order to ascertain whether Lensa has the appropriate expertise/solutions to meet a client’s need, we first need to fully understand the requirement. This is a standard part of our sales process and is carried out as a non-chargeable activity.

If during this process, we identify that Lensa does not have the appropriate expertise or solution to meet the requirement, we will tell you immediately. At the same time, if we know of any solutions/organisations that could provide help, we are happy to pass this on.With regard to the core business management solutions that we provide to our clients, we also use them internally to manage our own business operations. JUNIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Responsibilities: Requirement:
  • Implementation system solutions
  • Test and troubleshooting applications
  • Understanding of client requirement and translate them into application / software and operational requirement
  • Develop client requirements documentations and system knowledge according to standard templates/ SOP
  • S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities
  • IPK min 2.75
  • Have a basic knowledge in database Access, MySQL, SQL Database and other database
  • Able to do instalations software and troubleshooting computer
  • Able to learn new technologies and have a good logical analysis to solve problem

SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Responsibilities: Requirement:
  • Implementation HR Solutions
  • Understand for Business Process
  • Test and troubleshoot applications
  • Work independently with users/clients to define concepts and under direction of project managers
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external (clients) and internal (programmer/software development team) analyze information needs and functional  requirements and deliver the needed documents
  • Strong analytical, system knowledge and product knowledge required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client needs and translate them into
    application/software and operational requirements.
  • Develop client requirements documentations and system knowledge according to standard templates/ SOP
  • S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities
  • Min. 1 year knowledge experience preferably in IT Solutions Company
  • Have a good knowledge in database Access, MySQL, SQL Server and other database

Responsibilities: Requirement:
  • Maintaining and building relationship with customers
  • Develop account plans, customer opportunity plans and presenting high quality, profesional presentation and proposal materials

Responsibilities: Requirement:

Responsibilities: Requirement:
  • Responsible for preparing & Settle cash advance
  • Responsible in handling Petty Cash
  • Responsible in follow up and doing payments and claims
  • Prepare Transaction reconciliation of AP, AR, Tax and Bank
  • Organize and Lead Team
  • Supervise all revenue, expenses and Inventory
  • Responsible in Internal control and external expenditure are recorded and handled properly
  • Keep internal and external regulation and relevant authority
